When does a lead becomes a "qualified lead"?
A lead becomes qualified by our internal staff if it meets our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) with accruate contact information.
Our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) has 10 or more employees and is a B2B company in the United States or Canada.
The folks that would be most successful with our product are B2B services where the contact has a role as operations, CEO, administrator, and/or tasked with finding a CRM with access to decision-makers.
How much time does ICP confirmation or rejection process take after the leads signs up?
The qualifcation process takes up to 2-3 business days to allow our team time to connect with the lead to properly qualify them.
You will also have access to the status of your lead submissions and customers within your partner portal. There you will be able to keep up-to-date on the status of your lead see if a lead has been qualified, disqualified, or closed-won.
How long does it take for me to get paid after a lead is qualified or comissions on a sale?
Rewards are paid out around the 13th of the following month that the qualified lead or sale was recorded within Partnerstack.
Do you have any resources to help me with my program?
Absoluetly. You kind find partner specific resources, marketing materails, whitepapers, slide decks and more within your partner portal. Simply navigate to your resources Tab to see what resources are avalaible to you.
How do I recieve payments?
You'll recieved payments on your preffered method of payment set up within your partner portal. Method of payments avaliable are: Direct Deposit, PayPal or Stripe.
How long does it take for me to be approved after submitting an application to become a Referral or Affiliate Partner?
A team member will review your application within 1-2 business days. Once approved you will recievd a email with portal login creditals, and next steps / resources to get you on your way to earning those sweet rewards.
